People get used to inconveniences without realising them, but they shouldn't have to. As an Experience Designer, I love showing up for people and helping them juggle their lives and business efficiently through design. I wear multiple hats: a detective finding what people really want, an alchemist blending empathy and strategy to design magical digital experiences, a scientist who always validates instinct with numbers and a storyteller telling stories of transformative digital experiences changing the lives of people and organisations.
