My primary interest lies in mapping advanced technologies to enhance user experience and system performances, simultaneously reducing cognitive load and human errors. I aspire to innovate products and processes by integrating AI, IoT, Cognitive sciences and Design; and to create elements of joy in products and processes with solid research foundations.
