About me

Kausik has 20 plus years of experience in developing technology driven products and service solutions for global markets. An engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, Kausik is analytical, process oriented and has strong academic credentials.

After graduation, Kausik worked in multiple organizations in engineering and healthcare domains with deep hands-on experience in Product and Service Design. Kausik worked on various types of design like technical systems design, services design, design optimization, design informatics and user experience. Apart from product design, Kausik also has passion and experience in research and talent development activities.

In Aug 2019, Kausik joined CPDM at Indian Institute of Science to build research experience in design creativity and smart product.
