This snippet is a simple form for sending emails. In this example, ZAPmail is in demo--outputting the email body as a system message from ZAP. See the documentation for how to turn on emailing capabilities, once you are sure you have the form working as you wish.
Note that there are many ways to modify this form. You could use hidden fields, use a CSV list (checkboxes?) of email addresses, or a template for formatting the message--merged with any form fields you desire. You can also schedule when an email will be sent, etc. See EmailList? and Newsletter for more examples.
